customers, value your colleagues, drive your business, respond positively to
change and take responsibility for your own development. A 2:2 degree in any discipline
(and minimum Grade C at English and Maths GCSE or equivalent) is essential. Yet what
you really need to consider is if you have all the qualities we need, with a mind to
solve problems, the ability to influence others, the resilience to stay the course and,
of course, the drive and ambition to achieve your goals. As a business we ask for total
